Easy way to bake the best pineapple upside down cake.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Can of sliced pineapple
  1. Step 1

Pre heat your oven to 300 degrees.
Follow the directions in the yellow cake mix (not the pineapple cake mix). You can substitute the milk, for the juice from the can of pineapple slices and the Vegetable oil for butter. Mix everything as directed an leave it the mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

Try not to use a round baking pan as it tends to break when you take the cake out.
Layer the bottom of the baking pan with brown sugar. Use just enough sugar to cover the bottom of the pan. Put in the oven and check every few minutes until the sugar has melted. Once the sugar as melted, layer the bottom of the pan with the round slices of pineapple.

  3. Step 3

Bring the oven to 350 degrees. Add the cake mix to the pan and put in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes. Depending on the mix your using. When done let it cool off before removing it.

Tips & Warnings
  • Its very important that you let your cake completly cool down before you remove it fom the pan.
  • For best results dont use a round pan, the cake tends to fall apart, I dont know but I know its true.
