There are a few natural remedies that can be used to effectively help cure Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Below are some of the more effective natural remedies that can be used to help treat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and relieve its symptoms naturally.

  1. Step 1

    Take 800 mg of Cordyceps Sinensis, twice per day. This remedy works by helping to support the adrenal gland function.

  2. Step 2

    Take 10 mg of the supplement known as NADH. This treatment should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning, or in between meals.

  3. Step 3

    Take 100 mg of Coenzyme Q10, 2-3 times per day. Coenzyme Q10 works within the cells to help with the production of energy.

  4. Step 4

    Take between 5 and 25 mg of DHEA if testing shows that your levels are low. This is a common factor for many patients that suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. However, it's best to speak to a doctor before beginning this treatment since for some patients it's unnecessary.
