You have been eating right, exercising daily, and, all of the sudden, the scale stops showing your progress - you've hit a weight-loss plateau! These simple tips can help you break through your weight-loss plateau, and get your weight loss back on track.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Stay consistent - You have been eating right and exercising daily. Don't stop now. Keep eating right and exercising daily. This is an extremely important time to stick with things. Keep following your plan.

  2. Step 2

Make sure to monitor yourself - Make sure to keep track of the amount of food your are eating. Often, you can hit a plateau because of an increase in food portions.

  3. Step 3

Change up your workout routine - If you normally walk on the treadmill everyday, try the elliptical machine, or stationary bike. Usually, this will get things moving, and your weight loss will start again. Or if your prefer the treadmill, try increasing your intensity on it, by increasing the incline and speed.

Tips & Warnings
  • Portion control with food is extremely important
  • Keep a journal of your foo intake and exercise
