on 8/8/2006 If your positioning is not correct, it can be rather painful. Make sure you hit right in the center of your chest.

on 8/8/2006 Whenever doing a chest trap, suck your chest in. For girls with large breasts, it won't hurt you as long as you meet the ball. Don't let the ball hit you, because that may cause a loss of breathe. As soon as the ball is hitting your chest, pop your chest out and meet the ball, you will hear a loud thud and people will think it hurt, but it's the least painful way to do a chest trap. After you pop it off, it should go down to where you can volley it or trap with your feet and dribble or pass.

on 6/30/2006 When the ball is going to make contact with the chest, make sure that you are not breathing at that moment. Otherwise, if you are breathing at that time it may cause chest injury, which may be painful. So play safe.

on 11/22/2005 When chesting the ball, hold your arms out wide like you're hugging a big person. This position gives you more control and makes it harder for you to accidently hit the ball with your arms.
