How to Forward Messages from Outlook to a Mobile Device
This article explains how to configure Outlook 2003 to forward messages to a mobile device.

OPEN RULES EDITOR. With Outlook 2003 open, click TOOLS > Rules and Alerts...
The Rules and Alerts dialog box opens.

BEGIN RULE. In the Rules and Alerts dialog box, click the New Rule button
The Rules Wizard launches.

SELECT CONDITIONS. Select only the box for "with specific words in the subject" under the step 1: Select Conditions options window>then, under the step 2 window, click "specific words" to enter desired words
The Search Text Dialog box appears.

SPECIFY CRITERIA. In the Search Text dialog box type the text contained within the subject lines that you will be looking for, in the Specify words or phrases to search for in the subject field > click the Add button > click Ok button
The Search Text dialog box closes > click Next

EXCEPTIONS. The next screen allows you to set up any exceptions you might wish to add to this rule, however, these are optional. Click the Next button

COMPLETE RULE. The next screen asks you to name the rule for easy identification later. Enter a name for your new rule in the Name field > click the Finish button

Tips & Warnings
For the recipient, you'll need to know your devices' 10-digit number AND the domain of your carrier (i.e., "@teletouchpaging.com").
