How to Buy an International Calling Card Online

Making international calls is generally expensive, but calling cards make it easier and cheaper to call multiple destinations across the world while still maintaining efficient and clear connections. They come in a variety of rates, prices and features depending on the card and the location you're calling. The Internet has made it easy to find and purchase international calling cards to meet your communication needs.

Instructions

1. Navigate to a phone-card supplier. There are many websites that offer different prepaid cards that use different rates for both cell phones and land lines. Consider NobelCom (see resources below).

2. Select the country you're calling from in the "calling from" window and select the country you want to call in the "calling to" window. Click "search." When the search is complete, a list of cards will be supplied with different rates and different prices. Higher-priced cards give you more calling minutes and a cheaper rate.

3. Click the "phone-card details" on the given cards and compare the connectivity, connection fees and expiration dates. Some cards expire within six months and others within a year.
