How to Pay a Semco Bill Online

Semco Energy provides energy services to nearly 255 cities throughout Michigan. For customer convenience, Semco allows customers to submit bill payment via mail, telephone, authorized agents and electronically. Utilizing the electronic payment method eliminates postage cost as well as time spent making a phone call. The electronic method can also be used to schedule future payments.

      Visit the Semco Energy website.

      Select "My Access Online" located underneath the "Residential" tab of the navigation menu.

      Enroll in the Semco electronic bill program by clicking on the option to "Register a New Account."

      Complete the new account registration process by entering your account number and ZIP code as it appears on your most recent Semco bill. Enter your email address and the desired username and password to access your online account.

      Click on the option to "Log Into Your Account" after completing the registration process. This option is located on the Semco Energy homepage.

      View your account balance. Click on the "Payment" option.

      Enter valid credit card information to complete payment submission.
