How to Install ActiveDS
ActiveDS (the DS stands for directory service) is the process by which Microsoft Windows communicates with the server and networks that the computer is connected to. Windows will send data through the server or network by way of the directory service, which makes it important to have ActiveDS installed on the computer. If your system does not have ActiveDS currently installed, there is a way to download and install the program yourself.
