Add some hyssop leaves or flowers to salads, recipes or even chew on them alone if you like the taste. If you prefer you can buy hyssop leaves or flowers in capsules at health food stores. -

YOGURT -
Consuming yogurt is a great way to get your digestive system back on track. Yogurt contains plenty of good for us bacteria naturally found in it. -
