Go to www.sparkpeople.com and register. Once registered you will have access to message boards, recipes, workouts, fitness professionals, food diaries and more. Its a great site. Perfect for anyone wanting to lose weight.

To get to the food diary you will need to log in and go to my tools then click on my nutrition. From there you can add the food you ate during the day and you will be able to see how many calories, carbs, fats and proteins you have had for the day.

You can also track how many calories you are burning during the day by going to the fitness tracker. There you will be able to make a fitness plan in addition to tracking how many calories youve burned during your workout.

For the spark message boards you just log on and go to community tab and then find the sub tab that says message boards. There you will find support groups and workouts and ideas. They also have alot of professionals on the boards.

You can also go on youtube and type in sparkpeople and it will come up with a bunch of exercises that sparkpeople professionals have added to their site.

Sparkrecipes.com has plenty of healthy recipes for you to browse through. Each recipe also shows the nutritional facts for the whole meal so you know how much you are eating without doing the research yourself.
