Things You'll Need:
- 4 cups spinach
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons vegetable broth
- 2/3 cup water chestnuts or celery
- 1 green onion

Step 1
You will first need to chop the spinach. Then place in a microwave safe bowl to this you will add 2 tablespoons of water. Then cover and microwave on high for one minute or until the spinach is wilted. Then drain the excess water off of the spinach. Then allow the spinach to cool and squeeze all the water out.

Then you will need a small bowl where you will add the sour cream, mayonnaise, vegetable broth, and the onion you have finely chopped. Next you will need to slice the water chestnuts or celery and then place in the chopper and give a quick chop. Then you will add this to the sour cream mixture.

Then you will need to add the spinach into the sour cream mixture and stir all the ingredients together. Then place in the refrigerator for one hour or until cold. Then serve with crackers.
