Paint walls with warm hues and texture them with plaster. Begin by painting a blank wall with a dark yellow paint, and then add plaster to the wall to give it texture. Allow the plaster to dry and apply two coats of yellow latex paint atop the plaster. Give more depth to the texture by highlighting it by sponging light brown paint onto it.

Add architectural embellishments into your designs. Crown moldings, columns, pillars, arches and wooden beam ceilings are representative of Tuscan style. Embossing and intricate carvings within the woodwork also add a Tuscan touch.
