How to Use a George Foreman Grilling Machine
George Foreman grills can be used any time of the year and in any weather. These indoor grills grill both sides at the same time which cuts down on the cooking time. Plus the grill is designed to slope downward which helps the grease run off allowing the meat to be less greasy and therefore less caloric. Even if you are a novice to grilling, don't be shy! This is easy! Let's get cooking. Does this Spark an idea?

It is best to marinate your meat (chicken, pork or beef) at least 30 minutes before cooking. The longer you marinate the meat the better flavor it will have. You could go as simple as sprinkling with a little salt, pepper and garlic or as far as a full fledged marinade. If you don't know any good marinade recipes, stop by the sauce mixes isle at the grocery store and you'll find some great grilling marinades to try.

Now that your meat is flavorful time to get to grilling. Plug in your George Foreman grill leaving the lid closed to pre-heat. Place the drip pan below the grill at the opening to catch any oil or grease that escapes during cooking.

Though the grill is non-stick I suggest spraying it lightly with cooking spray just for good measure. Place the meat on the George Foreman Grill and close the lid allowing the meat to cook until done. Chicken and Pork you will want to cook all the way through, while Beef can be done to your liking (rare, medium rare, or well-done).

When it is done cooking, remove the meat from the grill and place on a tray or plate up immediately. Be sure to unplug the grill if you are done. Bon appetite!
