Step 1
This dryer has the lint screen in a compartment tha tis accessed from the top of the machineTake a close look at your dryer in order to locate the lint catch tray
For most models this lint tray is located on the inside near the bottom of the door, but for other models the lint tray may be located inside a small door on the top of the machine.
If you are unable to locate the lint removal tray you may need to consult the Manufacturers Informational guide or user manual. -
Step 2
This dryer has the lint screen inside the main doorOnce you have located the lint tray, you will need to open the access door if there is one.
There should be a hand hold on the exposed portion of the lint tray.
Grasp this firmly and pull it completely out of the dryer in a smooth and even motion -
Step 3
lint screens come in a variety of shapes and sizes depending on the particular model of the dryerCarefully remove the lint from the screen so that you do not damage the screening.
Then slide the lint screen back inside it's particular compartment.

on 9/9/2009 Removing lint from the dryer should be done on a regular basis. I line dry my clothes at this point, but I remember dealing with this. The tips and accompanying photos are very helpful. Thanks.
