How to Remove an Msxml3.dll Error

When sending a post request over a computer server, a user can be greeted with an "Msxml3.dll" error. This error is caused when the server attempts to read more information than is available through the connection. When this error occurs, the server may stop responding. Luckily, Microsoft has a download available that can help correct this server issue.

      Follow the link provided in the Resources section to the Microsoft Msxml3.dll download site.

      Click "View and Request hotfix downloads." You will be taken to another web page.

      Check the box next to the only available download, then type in your email address, confirm it and type the character code. Click "Request hotfix." The hotfix will now be emailed to the address you gave.

      Open the message in your email. Follow its instructions to launch the hotfix and complete its installation. This will correct and remove the Msxml3.dll error.
