Everyone is always looking for ways to spice and spruce up chicken. This is a recipe that is easy to prepare and will be satisfying to your taste buds. It serves six people and the total fat is 2 grams per serving! Give it a try. You'll love it.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons of fat-free margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup of grated fat-free Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of dry bred crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to your liking.
  1. Step 1

Clean the chicken breast halves thoroughly and cut any access fat of them. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.

  2. Step 2

Dip the chicken in the melted margarine (You can use the spray on butter if you choose. It works just as well).

  3. Step 3

Combine the remaining ingredients and coat the chicken with the crumb mixture. Place the chicken in a baking dish (glass preferably) and bake it uncovered for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown.

  4. Step 4

Prepare and serve the chicken with rice and your favorite veggie. You'll love it.
