Things You'll Need:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons of fat-free margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup of grated fat-free Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of dry bred crumbs
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to your liking.
-
Step 1
Clean the chicken breast halves thoroughly and cut any access fat of them. Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with vegetable oil cooking spray.
-
Step 2
Dip the chicken in the melted margarine (You can use the spray on butter if you choose. It works just as well).
-
Step 3
Combine the remaining ingredients and coat the chicken with the crumb mixture. Place the chicken in a baking dish (glass preferably) and bake it uncovered for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown.
-
Step 4
Prepare and serve the chicken with rice and your favorite veggie. You'll love it.
