As part of your job self-evaluation, you want to outline and briefly describe successful work projects that you have contributed to. Include project name, purpose, what you contributed and outcome.

Self performance reviews are a chance for you to detail how you benefit the workplace. Make a short, concise list of the attributes you posses that are functional and effective. Use short examples to demonstrate your list, if possible.

On what areas have you improved? A self performance review gives you the opportunity to go into depth about what areas of your professional self have grown and expanded because of the work you do.

Describe goals that you have for future workplace performance.
In your job self evaluation, list a few goals that you want to accomplish in the professional capacity. These should be measurable goals (ex: I want to increase my sales by 20% by the end of the year).
