Once the elder flower infusion is completely cool, using the strainer pour 4 tbsp of the elder flower infusion into a sterile plastic spray bottle, this will keep flower bits out of your cleanser.

  5. Step 5
    Glycerin

    Glycerin

Witch Hazel is an astringent that is very helpful against acne and will gently clean your skin. Glycerin is very hydrating and leaves your skin very soft after use. Add the 8 tbsp of witch hazel and the 4 tbsp of glycerin to the sterile bottle, cover, and shake.

  6. Step 6

Shake the bottle of cleanser before each use, then spray on your face. Using your fingertips gently massage your facial muscles. The massage will allow the cleanser to get deep into the pores. Rinse off the cleanser, then gently wipe your skin using a cotton ball, to remove any final traces.

  7. Step 7

If you are using this cleanser daily, remember to moisturize your face. The next step in in this deep cleansing routine is the Rose, Honey, and Almond exfoliant which is also very easy to make.
