1
Wash your feet. Don't simply just stand in the shower and let the water and soap suds run over your smelly feet to clean them. You need to actually scrub them to remove the bacteria. Since bacteria is the main cause of foot odor, use an antibacterial soap to clean your feet. Take a full bath, or at least a foot bath, to do a thorough job.

2
Put baby powder on your feet. Baby powder will help absorb the sweat that your feet create throughout the day. It will also provide a fresh smell to your feet.

3
Buy shoes with breather holes in them. Most shoes will have these but some do not. If yours have breather holes and your feet sweat a lot, try cleaning your shoes. Dirt and debris can get into these breather holes and stop their functionality.

Go barefoot whenever possible. Take your shoes and socks off as soon as you get home. This will give your shoes time to air out. Wearing shoes all day will only make your feet smell worse and imbue your shoes with the smell, too. You'll also reap additional health benefits to your posture and back.
