Motion sickness can be a painful and embarrassing thing to have happen to you. There are several very simple ways that you can stop motion sickness however. This article will outline how to stop motion sickness easily.

  1. Step 1

    The first step to stopping motion sickness is to take a ginger capsule every 2 hours while you are traveling. Ginger will increase your blood circulation and will prevent you from getting motion sickness.

  2. Step 2

    The second step is to pick a point in the sky and focus your eyes on it. This can be a cloud, or a mountain on the horizon or anything else in the sky. By doing this your brain will be able to gauge the movements you are feeling and seeing, and will stop the feeling of motion sickness from occurring,

  3. Step 3

    The third step is to wear a motion sickness band around your wrist when you are traveling. These bands stimulate the pressure point on your wrist that will cause you to become sick and will stop it from happening. You can find these bands by doing an internet search for "motion sickness bands".
