Step 1
Open up your Internet browser and clear out the cookies and cache files. This can be done by clicking "Tools" and then "Clear Private Data" in FireFox. Click "Tools" and "Temperary Internet Files" in Internet Explorer, and in Safari, click "Safari," select "Preferences" and then "Internet Cookies."

Step 2
Turn off your Proxy Server if you are connected to one. A proxy server is a system that goes between the clients and the user. If you are not part of a Proxy Server, skip this step.

Step 3
Download a different browser. This will correct the issue most of the time, especially if the other two steps have not corrected it yet. You can download FireFox, Internet Explorer and Safari through the Resources section.

Step 4
Launch the new browser and try to connect back to the desired Yahoo! service. It should load without any issues
