Instructions

    • 1

Rinse the strawberries and carefully remove only the wilting sections of green. Leave enough green on the tops of them for garnishment.

    • 2

Place the sweet cream butter in one of the bowls and microwave it until it is completely melted. This usually takes about a minute and a half, but times may vary depending on your microwave.

    • 3

Pour the powdered sugar in the other bowl, and level it with a spoon after packing it into the bowl. Arrange the sugar bowl next to the bowl of melted butter.

    • 4

Dip a strawberry into the warm butter. Leave about a quarter of an inch from the top of the strawberry.

    • 5

Immediately dip the butter-covered strawberry into the bowl of powdered sugar. Push it into the middle of the mound with the point facing down.

    • 6

Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining strawberries, and arrange all of the sugar-dipped berries on the serving dish.

Tips & Warnings

  • Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup to add a little flair to your dish.
