How to Change Your 'Fave 5'

If you are a T-Mobile customer, then you have the option of select a "Fave 5" to add too your cell phone plan. Once selected, you are able to call those five numbers free of charge. Selecting or changing the numbers you have in your "Fave 5" is easy to do, and should only take a few minutes.

Instructions

1. Go to the "My T-Mobile" menu in your mobile phone. The T-Mobile menu is typically found under "Menu" and "Settings."

2. Select "Manage MyFavs" at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select "Add Contact" in order to add a new Fave. Select "Delete Contact" in order to remove someone from your MyFav list.

4. When prompted add the contact information for any people you are adding to your MyFav list. Keep in mind that any number you select will have to remain in your list until the next calendar month before it can be changed.

5. Click "Save Changes" once you have completedupdating your MyFav list.

6. Wait until your MyFav list has been updated with T-Mobile before trying to call any of your new MyFav contacts. An hourglass icon will appear on your phone's homescreen while your MyFaves are updating. This process could take up to two hours to complete; a confirmation message will appear on your phone when the process is complete.
