Instructions

    • 1

If it is your first time using the FryDaddy, thoroughly clean the interior of the pot with a mild soap and warm water. Make sure the unit is completely dry when you are finished.

    • 2

Fill the fryer with cooking oil to the "Fill" line. The maximum amount of oil that can be safely added is 32 oz., or four 8-oz. cups. Plug the fryer into the wall socket. Allow the oil to heat for 15 minutes before adding food to the fryer.

    • 3

Use the metallic scoop to ease the food into the fryer. Be careful not to drop it in, as this may cause a splash of hot oil. Cook the food according to the packaging directions. Turn the food frequently to ensure even cooking. For FryDaddy recipes, see link in Resources.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use metallic tongs when turning the food; they allow for a better grip, reducing the chance of splashes.

  • Children should never operate any fry cooker. Improperly using a fry cooker can result in severe burns.
