Things You'll Need:
- 2 well ripened bananas
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 teaspoons apple cider
- teaspoon baking soda
- teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
You will need a large mixing bowl to start. You will add in the bananas that you have sliced into smaller pieces. You will then add in the butter, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and flour. Mix all these ingredients together and place to the side. You will need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

You will then need to grease your loaf pans and sit to the side. In a cup you will need to add the milk and cider and allow to sit for 10 minutes. You will then add this to the banana mixture and mix well until all ingredients are mixed in completely. You can add in raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips at this time. Then you will pour into the loaf pans until they are 3/4 of the ways full.

Step 3
You will then place the pans in the 350 degree oven for one hour or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean when inserted into the center. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
