How to Make Basic Banana Bread

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 5 tsp. apple cider
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a loaf pan. Slice the bananas into small pieces.

Mix the butter, eggs, baking soda, vanilla, and flour in a large bowl.

Combine the milk and cider in a cup. Add this to the banana mixture and stir until the two mix. Add optional items such as raisins, nuts, or chocolate chips, then pour the entire batter into the loaf pans until they are 75 percent full.

Bake the bread for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool before it is cut or served.
