Rosacea is a common skin disorder that is known for the red or pink patches on the skin. Though there are no cures for Rosacea, there are ways to control Rosacea. Below are some natural remedies that can be used as treatments for Rosacea, or help prevent a Rosacea outbreak.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

After eating large meals, add 1 teaspoon of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar to a glass of water. This helps to prevent reactions to food that can worsen Rosacea. This can be used during an outbreak to help treat Rosacea, or used daily to help prevent outbreaks.

  2. Step 2

Take a supplement that contains both Zinc and high potency antioxidants.

  3. Step 3

During an outbreak of Rosacea, take up to 50,000 IU of Vitamin A until the skin has cleared completely. Skip this step though if you are pregnant.

  4. Step 4

Take a supplement that contains both Acidophilus and Bifidus. Both help to benefit healthy bacteria in the system to help prevent Rosacea outbreaks.
