Miliaria Rubra, also known as Prickly Heat Rash, is a skin disease that consists of itchy, small rashes on the skin. It's often times caused by humid and hot conditions, affecting people of any age. It's caused by the sweat glands becoming plugged with dead skin or bacteria. Below are some natural remedies that can be used to help treat Prickly Heat Rash.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Add more fresh, raw, fruits and vegetables to your diet. You should also increase your water intake to between 8 and 12 glasses of water per day.

  2. Step 2

    Increase your Vitamin E intake to around 500 mg per day.

  3. Step 3

    Brew a strong cup of Peppermint Tea then soak a cloth in the mixture and apply directly to the affected areas. If you prefer, you can also pour a strong brew directly into your bath.

  4. Step 4

    Soak thin slices of Cucumber in 1 cup of col water and 2 tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice for a minute. Apply the cucumber slices directly to the affected areas for 10-15 minutes then remove. Apply the treatment 2-3 times per day.
