Unsweetened Cranberry Juice & Water Detox

In order to rid the body of accumulated toxins, it is a good idea to perform a natural detox at least once every three months. An unsweetened cranberry juice and water detox will flush your kidneys, gastro-intestinal tract and lymphatic system from toxins that build up from medication use, unhealthy eating and the environment. To properly flush your system, the cranberry juice detox should be undertaken for three weeks. However, detoxing for as little as a week can also help to detoxify your body.

  • 32 oz. bottle

Instructions

      Fill your 32 oz. bottle with four oz. of unsweetened cranberry juice and 28 oz. of water.

      On the first day of your detox, drink 32 oz. of unsweetened cranberry juice and water instead of meals. Be sure to finish at least one 32 oz. serving. If you finish one, you may start another. Continue to ingest at least 32 oz. of unsweetened cranberry juice and water daily for the duration of the detox. If you so choose, the fast may be extended to three days but no longer.

      On the second (or fourth) day begin eating natural, whole foods only. This includes vegetables, beans, fruits and nuts. It excludes anything processed or packaged, anything with an ingredients list or anything with added sugar. You may drink green tea in addition to the water and unsweetened cranberry mix.

      Drink four oz. of undiluted unsweetened cranberry juice before your first meal and wait at least one half hour before eating. Continue the natural food diet and unsweetened cranberry juice and water for at least one week and up to three.

      Resume your normal diet. Repeat once every three months.
