Depending on the type of phone you have, the memory card slot may be located under the phone's battery cover. Tips & Warnings

  • If you are using an operating system other than Windows, click on the link for downloading music to your Sprint phone on a Mac operating system. It is highly recommended that you have a micro memory card in your phone to avoid storing your downloaded music files directly to your phone. Your phone's memory is usually quite limited when it comes to storing files of these sizes. Storing directly to your phone's memory can slow down your phone's functionality and performance. If you recieve a failure notification while downloading the music files to your phone, this is usually due to a lack of space for downloading. You will need to limit the amount of songs you download to the phone until you can get a memory card with more space. Cell phone memory cards are small and can be misplaced easily. It is best to keep the memory card in the phone even when you aren't using it.

  • Your cell phone must have USB capability to connect to your computer. If your phone does not have this feature, you will have to purchase music downloads through your Sprint PCS Vision Mobile Internet. Music downloads usually cost approximately $1.99 plus tax per song. Be aware that if you plan to download from your mobile Internet, you will be charged per kilobyte for accessing the Internet if you do not have this feature on your mobile calling plan.
