Wash your legs with soap and warm water. Pat them dry thoroughly.

Apply a few drops of rosemary essential oil to areas suffering from hair loss. A few drops all around the leg should be enough. Another option is to boil rosemary leaves in a few cups of water. Soak a wash cloth in the rosemary infusion and wrap around your legs. Leave on for about an hour or two daily, and refresh as needed.

Using your hands, massage the oil deeply into your legs for 15 to 30 seconds.

Wait about five minutes for the rosemary oil or tonic to become absorbed into your skin where it will stimulate follicle growth. Get dressed as usual.

Use twice daily every single day for best results. Once in the morning and once at night before bed. It might take about two to four months until the hair growth is to your liking.
