Step 1
Unscrew this strap and remove the reed. Be careful not to chip the reed and put it into a case.

Remove the mouth piece by twisting and pulling it.

clarinet mouth brushInsert the mouthpiece brush into the mouthpiece and twist to clean it. The mouthpiece will sometimes need a little extra cleaning with a damp rag.

clarinet mouthpiece holderPut the mouthpiece into the mouthpiece cover, and place it in the case like this.

Step 5
clarinet spit ragDrop the weight on the end of the spit rag string into the top of the clarinet. Pull the weight out the bottom to pull the rag though the whole clarinet.

Step 6
Continue twisting apart the different sections of the clarinet one at a time and lay them in the case like this. There should be an indent in the case that fits each piece.
