Camping in Cornwall is easy and enjoyable if you know just what you must do to secure a place to camp and a camper to camp in while you are visiting.

Find a campground that is close to other attractions in the area or has available transportation. Look for the campground that has rentals available onsite. Whether you want a true camper (pop up) or a stationary camper to rent, you will want to have a beautiful setting to wake up to every morning.

Look at Penderleath Camping and Caravan Park. You can hire a camper or rent one of the many cottages on the grounds. This is set back from the population and is a tranquil location. There are buses that leave daily to take campers to St. Ives for sightseeing. The bus leaves on a regular schedule during the busy tourist season.

Select Treverven Camping Park if you want to try your hand at tent camping. The campsites are located around a big open field where kids can play in a car-free zone. This location is ideal for fishing, rock climbing, diving and hiking the countryside. Dogs and kids are more than welcome.

Stay at Dunes View Caravans in one of the many beautifully decorated caravans. There are caravans that will sleep up to six people. They have many of the amenities as a RV. Just over the dunes is Gwithian Towans beach. There are rock pools for the kids. Windsurfing and surfing are ideal activities in this area.
