  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp. sugar-free sweetener
  • 2 tbsp. almond meal
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp. slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp. granola

      Clean and wash fresh berries or thaw frozen berries for one hour. Sprinkle with sugar-free sweetener and allow them to macerate.

      Mix together yogurt, vanilla extract and almond meal. Place 2 tbsp. of the mixture in a tall glass or deep bowl.

      Spoon 2 to 3 tsp. of macerated berries on the yogurt. Add 1 tbsp. of yogurt and sprinkle slivered almonds, flax seeds and granola on top.
