Step 1
According to their website, if you want to stop your Application & Processing for Starter Credit Direct you have to do it within 3 days after you have placed your submission and to do this you need to call Starter Credit Direct's customer service. The Application & Processing fee is $99 and will be refunded by a check in the mail if you can cancel it within the 3 days of starting the process.

Step 2
Once you have canceled the Starter Credit Direct, a full refund of the Application & Processing fee will be made if a request is received within 5 days after the date that you receive your bank statement showing the payment of $99.00 from your bank account.

When you sign up for the Century Platinum Membership they will send you a confirmation email. On the email there is cancellation instructions and you have to cancel your membership with them within 3 business days from the time of you submitted your request for membership. If you do not cancel it there will be a $14.00 per month Century Platinum Membership fee and these are nonrefundable.

To cancel your Century Platinum Membership you can by calling them at 704-525-3880 between the hours of 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. (EST) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
