Things You'll Need:
- Frisbee

Step 1
Hold the frisbee disc tightly with the thumb on top of the grip. Press the index and thumb together around the shoulder of the frisbee disc.

Step 2
Stand with your feet past shoulder with apart and prepare yourself to stride by leaning your weight back onto your back foot. Make sure to have a good bend with you knees as well.

Step 3
Lead with your elbow close to your body as you throw the frisbee disc underhanded. Make sure to flick your wrist as you throw the frisbee. As if you are skipping a rock.

Step 4
Follow through with a swift extension of your wrist directed at your target. The follow through will give your frisbee flick throw the proper flight direction.
