Step 1
Chili is a tasty treat once in a while. I have a quick and inexpensive recipe for semi-homemade chili that you will absolutely love. First, you will need 1 jar of store bought chili, 1 can of Roadhouse chili, ¼ lb of browned ground beef, ¼ cup water, 2 tablespoons of Cayenne pepper.

Step 2
Place chili, browned ground beef, water, and pepper in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes. You can add about ¼ of hot chili peppers and some shredded cheddar cheese if desired. In addition, some corn starch will thicken the chili slightly.

Step 3
The final product will taste absolutely delicious and homemade. No one will be able to tell that you didn’t spend hours preparing your own homemade chili recipe. You can substitute ground chicken or turkey in place of the beef. One cautionary note, be careful with the Cayenne pepper. Enjoy!!
