Things You'll Need:
- Olive oil
- A napkin/paper towel
- Matches
- Glass cup
- A little bowl

Step 1
Pour a little bit of olive oil into a bowl.

Rip a piece of napkin in half, tightly twist one of the pieces. You do not need the other piece.

Dip the twisted piece of napkin half way into the bowl of olive oil.

Lay on your back onto something comfortable. Lift your shirt up a little bit, and place the olive oil dipped napkin right on top of your belly button.

With a match or lighter, light the end of the napkin that has the olive oil on it.

Step 6
Quickly place the glass cup on top of the napkin, watch as your stomach gets sucked into the glass. Keep your hands on the cup, sometimes the glass has a tendency of falling over.

Step 7
Stay in the position that your in until the pressure is released, it takes about 10 minutes for that to happen. The circle on your stomach should disappear within 20 minutes, repeat steps 5-7 if necessary.
