If you want a great tasting steak with very little effort, this is perfect for you. This marinate will have people asking over and over again for the recipe.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/4c. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powdered
  • 2 pinches/dash of garlic powder
  • plastic baggie
  1. Step 1

You want your steaks to have been sitting out for about 5 minutes or so before you want to put it in the marinate. While waiting for the steaks to sit, go ahead and puncture the meat with a fork or knife so the marinate will be able to soak into the meat well enough to go through out the meat.

  2. Step 2

After you have waited for the chill to come off of the meat. In a large baggie combine the Worcestershire, onion powder, and garlic. Close up the bag and give it a couple shakes, just to mix it all up well.

  3. Step 3

Add the steaks to the baggie. Put the steaks into the fridge for at least an hour to allow the meat to soak in the marinate. The longer the steaks are in the marinate the more tender the meat will become.

Tips & Warnings
  • You don't want to let the steaks soak longer than overnight.
