Things You'll Need:
- DDR practice pad
- DDR game
- Game system
- (you can also spend lots of money playing at an arcade everyday but that is expensive and not reccomended)

Step 1
You will need to purchas a dance dance revolution pad, red octane sells good ones for somewhere in the 150$ range. You will also need a ddr game which can be purchased at any video game selling store. You will also need a gaming system. If you have all these things, your ready to start playing, and losing weight.

Step 2
DDR is a game where you hit the arrow with your foot and match it with the arrow on the screen. The more experienced you are at this game, the more weight you will lose. There are diferren levels of skill which you can choose while playing the game. If you are a beginner, just play until you get better. Its a fun game and it takes time to master. But if your out of shape you will still get a workout playing on the lower levels.

Step 3
Once you learn how to play this game well, begin playing it a reccomended hour a day. Treat it like its your normal cardio workout... It is much more fun, and way easier. Dont take breaks, play it the full hour and you will deffinatly feel the burn. There is no guaranteed way to lose weight, so getting out and trying all the different things is the way to go. Find something you like and stick to it. DDR is a challenge.. But once you master it, you will have the best cardio workout and youll enjoy it.
