If you have ever had liver pate, you will swoon over the fact it is easy to make in your own kitchen.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 pint of chicken livers
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/8 to 1/4 mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 dash of black pepper
  1. Step 1
    Prepare you kitchen counter top to make  your appetizer spread of Liver pate.

    Prepare you kitchen counter top by putting a cutting board on it, a sharp cutting knife, a spoon and a fork. Gather all your ingredients and have them ready for later for your liver pate appetizer spread.

  2. Step 2

    Thoroughly wash the chicken livers in cold water and dry with a paper towel or clean, lint free linen cloth.

    Serve to your guests and family on fancy bread, your favorite crackers or in celery boats. Best if chilled, but does not have to be cooled before serving. Refrigerate left overs in a tight lid container.
