Things You'll Need:
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 limes
- 1/8 cup of rum
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 10 sprigs of mint

Step 1
Combine the sugar, water and honey in a saucepan and heat over med high.

Add the mint sprigs once the sugar has dissolved. Zest one lime into the mixture. Let come to a boil and simmer over low heat for ten minutes.

Strain the mixture into a shallow container.

Add the lime juice, rum and zest the other lime into the mixture.

Cool and add the chopped mint to the mojito sorbet.

Step 6
Put the mojito sorbet in a shallow pan in the freezer. Every half hour use a fork to stir the mojito sorbet. You can store mojito sorbet for three days covered in the freezer. You can use a ice cream machine for this recipe as well. Just use your machines instructions for freezing the mojito sorbet.
