Are you sick of your periods surprising you? Use the good old fashioned calendar to help you!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Calendar
  • Markers/Pens
  1. Step 1

Go buy a calendar. Those calendars you hang on your wall is best in my opinion. You can get your favorite animal or movie on them! They cost twenty dollars at the very most.

  2. Step 2

Next, get a red and black pen/marker. Also, get another color of pen/marker that is NOT red or black!

  3. Step 3

Hang your calendar where you will see it everyday. DON'T put it in your school locker! You'll only see it when you are at school! Keep it in your bedroom or your bathroom!

  4. Step 4

For regular days, mark with the black marker. When you get your period, mark the day out with a red marker.

  5. Step 5

Wanna predict with your next period? There are many websites online that can predict your next period. Circle the suggested date on your calendar with your other marker/pen.

  6. Step 6

Always keep your calendars! Even when the year is over! You may need them for doctor's visits! If you want to throw away the calendars, then at LEAST write down the dates on your computer or in a notebook.
