Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar or other hard cheese
- 2 pkgs (9 oz each) shirataki noodles
- 9" x 9" baking pan
- Oil or spray to grease pan
- Frying pan
- Large bowl
- Fork
- Mixing spoon
- Wire colander
- Blender or food processor (optional)

Step 1
Oven at 350Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

9 x 9 PanGrease the 9" x 9" baking pan. Set aside.

Brown BeefBrown the ground beef in the frying pan. Drain and set aside.

Beat EggsIn the large bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until creamy.

Add SeasoningsAdd the seasonings and beat with the fork again.

Add CheeseAdd the cheese and mix well with the spoon.

Add MeatAdd the cooked ground beef and mix well with the spoon.

Rinse NoodlesRinse the noodles in a wire colander under running water. Drain well.

Add NoodlesRun the noodles in a blender or food processor to chop them into small pieces, if necessary. Add the noodles to the meat/cheese mixture and mix well.

Spread in PanPour and spread the mixture in the prepared baking pan.

Bake for 50 minutes.

Let SitRemove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes.

Cut into SquaresCut into squares and serve. Number of servings depends on size of squares.
