Potty training can be a very challenging time for parents. These are some tricks that helped me potty train my little ones. They even worked to potty train my friends children too!

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Patience
  1. Step 1

Make sure you are ready! You may want to make sure that you won't have to leave the house with your little one for about a week or make sure that where ever you go has public restrooms.

  2. Step 2

Introduce them to training pants and the potty. Make a "potty chart" and teach them that every time they go to the bathroom on the potty the get a sticker. Let them put the sticker on the chart and make a big fuss over what a good job they did! For every 10 stickers they get they get to pick out a prize! ( Go to your local dollar store and pick out a bunch of toys and things to fill a "prize bin")

  3. Step 3

Once they are potty trained, take them out for a special lunch, or to get a special treat or prize for being such a big girl or boy and being potty trained!
