  • Large can of tuna
  • 16-ounce box of elbow macaroni
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery finely chopped

Instructions

      Boil the elbow macaroni with a pinch of salt and a splash of oil. The oil helps the pasta to not stick together in the pot.

      Drain a can of white meat tuna and place the tuna in a large bowl.

      Add mayonnaise. The amount you add depends on personal preference. Add a lot if you like it creamy or less if you like it drier.

      Add in finely chopped celery, salt and pepper.

      Drain the pasta thoroughly and add it to the large mixing bowl. Mix it all together well.

  • Add onions to create a different taste.

  • You can substitute chopped chicken or turkey to this as well.
