How to Convert PAL to NTSC

PAL is part of the MPEG-2 video compression format that is commonly used in many parts of Asia and Africa. PAL videos support resolutions of 720x576 and are compressed to work on PAL formatted DVD players. NTSC, which is also an MPEG-2 format, is a commonly used North American compression format. MPEG-2 NTSC videos use 720x480 resolutions and are compressed to work with NTSC DVD players. Converting PAL formatted videos to NTSC can be accomplished with an easy-to-use video converter program.
