Place the Crystal Reports 2008 installation CD in the computer's CD-ROM drive.

Click "My Computer" and your CD-ROM drive if you do not have auto-play enabled.

Choose your language in the "Business Objects" window and click "Install."

Click "Next" in the "Crystal Reports 2008 Setup" window.

Read the "Business Objects License Agreement," choose "I accept the License Agreement" and click next.

Type your name in the "Full Name" box and your company or organization name in the "Organization" box.

Input the 26-character product key, found on the CD sleeve, in the "Product Keycode" box and press "Next."

Place a mark next to "Typical" or "Custom" installation. The "Custom" installation should be chosen if you know which Crystal Reports 2008 features you want installed.

Choose a destination folder for the installation and click "Next."

Place a mark next to any additional language packs you would like installed and click "Next." If you do not wish to add any additional language packs, click "Next."

Click "Next" to start the Crystal Reports 2008 Installation Wizard.

Select "Finish" to complete the installation.
