Caesar Salmon is a delicious combination of a caesar salad and a tasty salmon fillet.

Follow these easy steps to cook caesar salmon.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 3oz. salmon fillet
  • 3 romaine leaves
  • 2 quarts water
  • 2-3 T. crab meat
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. Step 1

Heat the water in a 3 quart pot and boil the romaine leaves for 3 minutes until they are limp and flexible.

  2. Step 2

Sprinkle salt and pepper over your salmon. How much you use depends on your preference.

  3. Step 3

Place the crab on top of the salmon fillet.

  4. Step 4

Lay the three pieces of lettuce down with the edges overlapping. The white ends of the romaine leaves should be facing the same direction.

  5. Step 5

Place the salmon and crab on top of the romaine leaves near the white ends and fold the limp leaves over the top of the salmon and crab. Cut off the extra white ends to make it look nice.

  6. Step 6

Butter an oven safe pan and bake the caesar salmon in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

  7. Step 7

Serve hot or chill it and serve it over a Caesar salad with Caesar dressing.
