Just about everyone loves a yummy moist bundt cake. And they are fairly easy to make. You can make them even moister by using a box of pudding mix.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • mixing bowl
  • mixer
  • measuring cups
  • bundt cake pan
  • Ingredients: See step 1
  1. Step 1

    Your ingredients are:
    * cooking spray
    * 1 package (4 ounce) Chocolate Instant Pudding
    * 1 package (12 ounces) Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips
    * 1 box Devil's Food or Chocolate Cake mix
    * 1 3/4 cups of whole milk
    * 2 eggs
    * 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

  2. Step 2

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, milk, and eggs and mix on medium setting of your mixer until well blended. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts on the low speed.

  3. Step 3

    Spray your cake pan with cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45-55 minutes. At 45 minutes, check to see if cake is done by lightly touching the top of the cake. If the cake springs back, it's done. If not, add 5 more minutes and check again.

  4. Step 4

    Remove the cake from the oven and let the cake cool for about 30 minutes.
    Place a plate on the top of the bundt pan and, while holding the plate and cake pan together, flip the bundt pan over.

  5. Step 5

    The cake is now ready to serve as is or you can melt a cup of chocolate chips with a tablespoon of milk, mix well and drizzle over the top of the cake. You can also just sprinkle powdered sugar.

on 7/27/2009 Great! Did you know they don't make Bundt mixes anymore? I was thinking of putting my pan out at my next rummage sale, but maybe I'll keep it for this!
