Be the hit of the school party! Bring a Chocolate Eclair Cake you make in under 15 minutes. No cooking, no baking, no worries.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 Boxes French Vanilla Pudding
  • 4 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Box of Graham Crackers
  • 1 8oz Tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 4oz container of Whipped Chocolate Icing
  1. Step 1

    Mix the two boxes of French Vanilla Pudding with the 4 cups of milk in a large bowl. Set this aside and allow it to congeal. In about 5 minutes fold in 1/2 of the tub of cool whip until there is a smooth consistency.

  2. Step 2

    Open the box of graham crackers and icing. Carefully, or not, add icing to one side of the graham crackers and create a base layer in a dish of your choice. Cover this layer with a layer of the pudding mixture.

  3. Step 3

    Add another layer of graham crackers with icing followed by a layer of pudding. Repeat this process until the dish is nearly full.

  4. Step 4

    Top with the remainder of the cool whip. Allow it to chill overnight for a less crunchy texture. You'll be surprised how yummy this quick treat tastes. AND, your kids will have so much fun making it, you may end up with chocolate eclair cake for dessert every night.
